Palm Coast Real Estate: Nationally Existing-Home Sales Decline in May with Market Constraints

Nationwide Real Estate numbers for May 2011 were released today by the National Association of Realtors®.  We hear all the time that real estate is local, so I have calculated the statistics for existing home sales for Palm Coast, Florida for May 2011.
