San Antonio Market Update - May statistics show San Antonio is still strong!
Courtesy of the San Antonio Board of Realtors:
"The San Antonio Real Estate market maintains its healthy position, median prices for single family homes continue a steady climb with 5.6% and 3.7% increases since April 2011, respectively. Single family home sales also climbed, with a 19.3% increase over April 2011."
Did you catch that?? San Antonio home sales INCREASED 19.3% May 2011 over April 2011!
