Hi Doug - Very interesting.  Many of our local areas are also firmly in a strong seller's market for residential detached...although the condo/townhouse situation in some communities has shifted.

The numbers do vary a bit month over month Karen and the attached homes are usually lagging the SFR segment but Danville is sporting some nice numbers.

Doug ... It looks like your average market time of 2.5 months of homes at Danville is short and would favor sellers. If so, that's a trend for sellers that better than most areas here at Orange County.
