District 4 Realtors Conference

I just attended the 2011 District 4 Realtors Conference in Key West Florida at the DoubleTree Grand Resort. We met all of the Realtors running for office with the Florida Association of Realtors. Quite an impressive group! The best in the business taught courses about transnational and international real estate transactions, leasing, closings and there were 4 classes about short sales. Attendees could earn the GREEN designation by the National Association of Realtors by taking a 2 day course and a Transnational Referral Certification with 2 more classes. I'm already looking forward to next year! I'm wearing the white dress, kneeling down in the front, with the other Key West Realtors who attended the event.

Maya, as humble as you are you might be running as president of your district and not even mention a peep about such an honor! I do know that as busy as you are it would be very difficult or impossible for you to hold such an office. Your conference sounds like a great one with all those timely and important topics. I would have loved to have heard about the international transactions!

It is hard for me to keep up with my work when I'm on a committee with the Key West Association of Realtors!

This conference includes Dade and Broward County (Miami and Ft. Lauderdale). The Miami Association of Realtors has more Realtor members than the population of Key West Florida. This is always a great event!
