It looks like your market is still pretty strong.   It's a beautiful area but your biggest draw is the strong job market in the area.

That is certainly true Doug. There is a vibrant employment center within the I-680 corridor as well as the surrounding employment hubs of Silicon Valley and San Francisco.

WOW!  San Ramon looks like it barely has any inventory!  Not fun if you work with buyers!
