Randi, it looks like you are intent on developing your own business model. Here's wishing you goodluck and much success in your new venture.
Thanks for the encouragement.
I am not intent on developing any new business model. There is nothing new about fee for service business models as I've been successful with it since 2003. The consulting model is probably the newest compensation model to hit the streets and it rapidly becoming more refined by hundreds of agents learning how to get paid for the work they actually perform. I am just merging all options into transparancy and choice for the consumer.
What I am really intent about is the separation from large franchise operations that can suck the life and money out of you. There really is no need for large coporate entities to make you a good agent. You either have it or you don't. Technology and training is available to everyone today and the experts are all whispering the same thing about the growing number of independent brokerages and agents.
It's all about fewer transactions and higher net earnings going forward.
Hi Randy,
I went independent earlier this year. At the time I assumed my sales volume would decline. It has actually increased! Best wishes.
Thanks Doug. Its testamonials like yours that drove me to do it. I'm confident I will see a difference.
Best wishes Randy. By the way, you're still swinging the national brand in the top left corner of your blog... Independence has its benefits particularly if you truly want to be in business for yourself and by yourself.
Best wishes...
Nexus ~ Thanks, it's been a real task "un-branding". and sometimes I forget to look in all the right places.
