Jim, you are truly a condo expert. This list should be extremely beneficial to those that are planning to use FHA financing.
Jim - this list is worth a billion bucks! I can't tell you how many times I have tried to get this information in my local area.
WOW - great list. This is the million dollar question sometimes and it amazes me the agents that assume ... we know what that spells - a lot of wasted time and upset buyer! A definate need to know.
Jim, super valuable information, there are so many people wasting a tremendous time working on units they can't buy
Lots of condo links here Jim. If I were in the market, this would be awesome.
Jim,
You really are the Condo King and I wish others were as good as you. Condos are a niche and it takes a pro like you to serve the clients best - not any old Realtor, a real professional such as yourself.
I am wishing you all the best!
Patricia
Jim, That is interesting that so many are not FHA approved. You certainly are the go to guy for condo information in the Mission Valley! Great job establishing yourself in that position!
Jim, are you using a website to get this info? Just wondering as it would be great to have something that is accurate for us to use in our area
Sondra – I’m incorporating this list into my Mission Valley condos series. My next goal is to get a list of all the property managers.
Cynthia – Go to https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm. It’s only up and running during business hours.
Joni – It is a lot of work, especially to keep it updated.
Connie – It might be the #1 question and so many times the listing agent has the wrong answer. So I decided to find out myself.
Brian – So very true.
Tom – Thanks. You’re welcome to move here anytime!
Patricia – Thanks for your kind words.
Tony – Mission Valley is a great location for people to buy second homes or vacation homes, and they rent them out while they are not there.
Bob – Yes. Go to https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm. For some strange reason the site only works during business hours.
