Thankful Thursdays: Nature's Party Blowers!
Mother Nature sure knows how to get a party started in southern Utah and this Yellow Mexican Bird of Paradise plant knows how to put one on! The vibrant yellow blooms capture the eye and it's bright magenta streamers are reminiscent of party blowers. I can almost hear them now! Phaarp! Phaarp!
They are celebrating the fact they are in full bloom and that summer is now here! Hooray!
Thankful indeed they invited me to their party! Phaarp!

Blue sky as a backdrop, yellow blooms with a hint of magenta, works wonderfully. This brilliant design leads us to a logical conclusion...
