Spring Renewal Alive And Thriving - PART 2
Well, it's been a long time coming but I am proud to say that I can now present to you the continuation of my front hill's growth progress from my earlier post, Spring Renewal Alive And Thriving.
The mums suffered from their November planting and it looks like only one of them withstood the harsh winter of snow we had. But one surviving is better than none at all.
Spring Renewal Alive And Thriving - PART 2
Due to all the rain we've had since the winter ended here in Chicago, the nitrogen from the lightning and the wonderful spring rains have caused the bushes and flowers to grow exceptionally fast. Still not blooming, there is not much color yet, however, we didn't lose anything during the winter except for those two mums. Every flowering bush and ground cover has grown exceptionally well over the winter months. The spread of the ground cover has already begun and the flowering bushes seem to have grown more and more overnight.
Spring Renewal Alive And Thriving - PART 2
I am glad I can submit for your approval these most recent pictures I've taken of the same front hill that showed the initial planting back in Nov
ember in my first post, Spring Renewal Alive And
Thriving. We've still got a ways to go, but there is nothing else to believe but that every one of these plants is going to prosper and flourish.
I can't wait to see what the next batch of pictures will look like that I'll be able to submit to you for your approval.
Enjoy and let them make you feel as positive and rejuvenated as they do me.
