Our first LEED for Homes project is on the market. This home, 365 Burchs Creek Road, Crozet, VA, that we designed in 2005 is efficient, durable, and healthy. It features a high performance insulation package, water efficient fixtures, rainwater harvesting system, metal roof, recycled content carpet, reclaimed wood floors, and an efficient heating and cooling system. The project was the first LEED for Homes Certified project in the Southeastern United States back in 2005. Check out the listing by Nest Realty and the incredible photographs that they have of the spaces we designed.

VERY cool. I am quite impressed!  We run into requests for Renovation Mortgages often which keep LEED guides in mind, as well as new ways to Go GREEN, without costing Green...  Nice job!

Brent,

There are a few standards for renovation work. We just finished a 1800's farmhouse where we added a kitchen and bedroom to the floorplan while cutting their energy use by 60%. Good stuff and fun to work with owners looking to live healthy lives.
