Hi, Jeff:  Great job, and I'm sure the United Way appreciates every bit of it!  We're in crazy times these days- where there are many more folks needing assistance than willing to provide it- at least cash-wise.  The recent storms that hit my great state of Alabama left a ton of folks hurting- and we tend to forget that just as the scales of justice tip, so do the scales of charity.  There were once x folks willing to give, y needing it.  It's one of society's tougher problems, then, as those folks making up the y actually come from the x.  The Make Your Move benefit  and associated fund-raising efforts in Birmingham have been and continue to be blessed with liquid funds- but increasingly, "charity" will become a metric more of "sweat equity" than greenback equity.
