The monkeys off my Back...

Finally...I got a deal through closing. Guys I've had some rough patches, but the last month or so has been ridiculous. I've had bad surveys twice, corporations fall apart (that was three deals), a buyer passed away two days before closing, closing attorneys that really can't get it together, not to mention the financing that seems to be impossible to obtain anymore. What gives? But I finally got a deal through closing. I hope this changes my fortunes for the better. I could use a change in the stars, because my ulcers are starting to flare up(just kidding).

You folks feeling beat down more than normal.

Brandon - Congrats on the closing. It has been more challegning these days but try to focus on the positive as the negative will draw you down all to fast.

Brandon keep thinking positive and it'll all work out.

Brandon, good for you, a closing! The real estate market in a lot of states are having a hard time, some more than others. In California, where I am at, it has been a blood bath. I think a third of the agents and loan officers who got in within a few years ago are going bye bye. It is a profesional's market. Keep closing those deals, life is always better when you do. Nope the market sucks here too, I have had 3 deals fall apart due to financing lately. But I'd rather have them fall apart now then after my buyers had gotten into the home and figured out they couldn't afford it!

Hang in there and keep thinking positive. Keep things in perspective - your health (minus the kidding ulcers:-)), family and friends. You did close, and will keep on closing!

Brandon the fact that you are still in the business after all you've gone trough lately is evidence that you can make it through anything the market has to throw at you. Stay expectant and good things will come your way.

Keep up your proactive activites. The road to closings may be harder and longer, but, if you stay focused, you will survive. It has returned to a professional's market.
