Westwood Village is located along the west side of Danbury,CT. This condo community is very popular for New York commuters. There are many restaurants & shops along Mill Plain Road. Westwood Village was constructed in the mid 1980s but has been very well maintained over the years.

So far this year (2011), only 3 units have sold at Westwood Village. I have no idea why the market is so slow compared to last year, because there is no tax credit for first time buyers. Interest rates are very low and you can still get financing.
