FSBOs, Gizmos, Memos, Galactose, Pepto, Wishbones, Milkbones, Funnybones, Thighbones, Chewbones, Wishbones,.... Hmmm, how did I get here? Where am I going with this? Gee KIM, what on earthy are you thinking and talking about? Did you have one little too many chewables? Too many Monster drinks? LOL.

Well FSBOs are like frisbees. For real. You handle it correctly, understand the dynamics of why the FSBOs don't usually fly smoothly from point A to Z as the Sellers want it to go, then you pick it up, wrap your hand correctly around the circumference, bring it around and gently throw it out into the air (market) and let someone catch it (a Buyer). Then once the Buyer catches it smoothly, then it should come back to you in a FANTASTIC flight for you to complete the cycle.

That's a FSBO - Frisbee Cycle.
