Today at Tuscany Retreat the roof was loaded with tile and the rough electric was worked on. We should be done with this home in about sixty days.
Windows should be installed any day !!

I love watching homes in construction. I'm a remodeling nut anyway and love to tear out walls. But I also like to understand how new construction goes. The inner workings of a home are fascinating to me. 60 days to completion, wow!
Hey Elizabeth; I love watching homes being built too !! 60 Days is the expanded schedule. We were getting homes complete in 45 days, then the city went to four day work weeks !! So no more Friday inspections. This is a great home builder. This builder is on top of it. What blows me away is when i have a client who buys a new construction home from typically one of the big national builders and it takes four to five months. I think the people who work for these builders go slow for job security!! With this builder if this house if it goes much over sixty days without a GREAT excuse heads will roll.
