In review, the 1st step that kicks it all off is when The Buyer begins his or her
search for that perfect dream come true.

STEP 2 IN THE PROCESS IS THE BUYER ACTUALLY MAKING CONTACT WITH THE REALTOR®

Contact may be made in a wide variety of fashions. 74% of all home purchasers in 2010 found their home online. Of those 74%, a whopping 96.27% of them made their first contact to a REALTOR® via the internet using email, chat, Facebook, or some other form of electronic Social Media. What this is telling us is that response from the REALTOR® must be rapid. There should never be a time, except in cases of late night hours or Sunday ( Keller-Williams believes in putting God and Family First) that you should not receive a response from your REALTOR® within an hour. This is the industry standard for the online consumer. In that same fashion, the REALTOR® should make that prfessional contact via a telephone call if possible. This call should not be a hard sales pitch. Just a friendly reminder that the REALTOR® is ready, willing, and able to assist when needed. After the phone call, there should be a brief email from the REALTOR® summarizing the telephone call. Again, the REALTOR® is there to assist the buyer in finding housing choices.
