Michael, that country colonial style is rather common up hre. No furniture on the front porch however

Ellie, Watertown hs started to stabilize a bit. The prices in town really took a jump in '06, '07 and then the stabilization had a lot of people underwater

High guys, the comparison was from 2010 to 2011 but prices did stabilize a bit.
