2 Social Media Flow-Charts for Real Estate Leads

You’re about to discover the 2 social media flow-charts some of the most successful real estate agents in the country are using to get real estate leads using social media.

The first social media flow-chart is the process that agents use if they social media is one of their primary lead generation tools. The second is the chart that most agents use to get started.

Social Media Flow Chart 1: This is for agents who are currently trying to use all the social media accounts to get leads, but are not sure what to do AND the agent who wants to commit to using social media every day. This should take you an average of around 1 hour per day to manage.

Social Media Flow Chart 2: This is for agents who are just getting started with social media, or how want to focus their time on Facebook. This should take you an average of 10-15 minutes per day to manage.

Your chances of capturing new leads are greater if you use the first method, but the 2nd method is much more manageable for most agents.

Thanks for the help John! I've been out of touch with social media since moving down to Belize 9 years ago. I have a pretty good website that generates a decent amount of leads but I'm now trying to come up to speed and incorporate Facebook, Twitter, etc into my marketing plan. I have a LOT to learn and this post helped me along.
