Challenge yourself.

Our brain is magical; believe it or not our brain has hardwired physiological responses. Dopamine when released fuels the brain’s recognition making an effective prediction, behavior reaction, or choice.

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that, when released in superior amounts, creates flows to other areas of the brain producing a powerful pleasure response. The reward from the releasing of dopamine prompts the brain to in-vision future opportunities to repeat the action.

How to make dopamine

The way to reward our brain with dopamine is using building skills and adaptive responses. If there is no challenge/risk to what you are doing, the dopamine is not produced. Humans are able to promote dopamine thru pleasure and motivation; being able to figure out something you thought was impossible allows the dopamine to burst thru your brain, which will help your day to day activities!

Love what you blogged about. It feels great to challenge ourselves helps us physiologically, mentally and emotionally and helps us grow. It is so stimulating to take risks and succeed. Even if you do not it keeps you motivated to move thru it.

Thank you, as we age so does our mind, it's important to stimulate and use our brain.

Our brain definitely receives information and sends back feelings, when the brain is stimulated by a reward of accomplishment you did not think was possible, it’s very powerful.
