Send an email with the following links. They are special pages where your client can get a 10% coupon from Home Depot or Lowes.
Many people spend a lot of money there after they buy a home. They could possibly save $100 on a refrigerator.

I use the Lowes program and it is pretty good. Still looking to see if there is a Home Depot program
I like the Lowe's idea at first, and thought it would be a great bargaining tool (if you will) to get my buyers to sign buyers agreements. However after further review anyone can Google free Lowe's coupon and get one.
In the big picture it's still a great tool, especially if they are not expecting it.
The Lowes realtors benefit package is not user friendly at all. Instead of importing names, address and even email address for the newsletter each one has to be added individually. The entire process to add one client is long. You would think with modern technology they would come up with a better system. It's definitely a turn off for me. It works for someone who has an assistant to put in all that info.
