Okay, so here it is, the chart for San Dimas this week. Obviously we had nine homes come onto the market in the last seven days.  Of those nine, five are standard sales, two are bankowned and two are short sales.  It would seem that the days of standard sales are coming back again.
Not so bad on the price changes this week.  Twelve price changes is starting to come down from last week's number.  Again, it still really matters that you use an agent who knows their STUFF when it comes to home pricing.  
And only two went back on the market.  Maybe this means that things are starting to close and escrows are being completed.  Speaking of escrows, nine went into escrow this week.  Pretty good for a smaller town.  I hope they all close!
And six homes actually finished escrow and sold!  Good for those new owners!
