I have a company that is interested in the property at 8055C  Corporate Blvd. They propose a two year lease with an option to purchase for $245,000.00 prior to lease end. Any furniture, fixtures and equipment currently in place will remain in place.The option may be exercised by the lessee anytime during the two year period and it must be closed no later than the end of the lease period.
