The chicken and mashed potatoes and potato pancakes are my favorites, although my daughter in law insists that they have the best chicken fingers and pigs in a blanket. I first came across the Happy Hostess when my son fell in love with a beautiful Jewish girl and I invited her and her family for Hannukah. What was a poor Irish Catholic girl to do. Happy Hostess to the rescue.
I still use them for every Hannukah meal but also have begun to rely on them for those many days when I am way too tired to cook. Better than Mom can make.
