Not in my Area!!
We have people moving from all parts of the country. My office is right off Interstate 85 and we get walk-ins all the time. We have a lot of people coming half way back up from Florida we call them Half-backs!
They miss the season changes and are getting tired of high cost of living and traffic jams, They are also moving because of all the Hurricanes they have had the past few years.
It helps that we are in such a beautiful region with great Lakes and beautiful Lake front properties at a great price compared to other parts of the country. Here is a link to our Lakes and Mountains.

My area is growing and prices on homes keep going up. Even the local builders are having record breaking sales.
