Welcome to the Parkview Condos townhouse community in Bardonia, New York.
This townhouse community was built in 1999. It consists of 23 duplex and tri-level units which have 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, a garage for one car and space for another car on the driveway in front of the garage.
The units are light and bright, and have many windows, including a paladian window, which allows a great deal of sunlight to stream in.
The townhouses have full, finished basements with either a family room or a bedroom, along with a half bath.
The master bedroom suites have cathedral ceilings and private bathrooms. The units have considerable closet space, too.
The main living area has an open floor plan, including a large eat-in-kitchen and a living/dining room combination with sliders to a private deck.
Some of the units have delightful views of woods and the community has a clubhouse.
Parkview Condos is convenient to public transportation including an express bus which goes to NYC and it is close to major highways and a variety of shopping in Nanuet, New York and the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, New York.
The townhouses are also near one of the Clarkstown pools, the Germonds town pool.
As a pet lover, I am happy to say that pets are allowed in this community!
At the time of the writing of this article, there are 2 townhouses on the market, one listed at $344,990 and the other listed at $349,900.
Five units sold in 2010 and 2011. As an example, a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath and 2 half bath unit sold on April 26, 2011 for $315,000.
