It's hard not to believe the hype and to ignore the media, marketing, buzz, gossip and rumors that the market stinks, homes aren't selling, buyers aren't buying, banks and lenders aren't lending....although I agree that Fairfield New Jersey has a lot of inventory on the market, it is NOT stopping MULTIPLE OFFERS on well priced homes, in desirable neighborhoods, for sale in Fairfield, New Jersey.  

Right now my buyers and I are in the middle of bidding war with multiple offers on, in my opinion, one of the best homes on the market in Fairfield in the price range of my buyers.
