Do any other realtors outside of Ft. Myers and Orlando use this program called the Listing Book?

Our board has recently promoted this new program called the Listing Book. You get the basic program for free. The premium program cost you either $99.00 or else its $9.95 a month or about $120.00 a year. Do any other areas in the active rain community use this program. I was wondering what you think about it. If you liked the programand what was your feeling about the premium program. So if anyone is currently using this program please comment on it. So i can get feel for whether or not its a good program and worth the money. Thanks to all those that reply.
