Charlotte NC Real Estate Agent Debe MaxwellSavvy buyers and sellers are loving life in Charlotte this week! 177 homes Closed in the Charlotte city market this week and 187 more went into Escrow--what a WEEK! Savvy is continuing to hold multiple Open Houses this weekend--even though the National Open House weekend has passed.  We're keeping up the trend since so many of our communities are walkable communities and it's such a great time of the year for walking and biking; why not enjoy an open house or two while you're out? Here's the week in review for The Maxwell House Group.  Have a wonderful week!
