Treasure Island, 2 bed room condos under $200,000
I showed some properties in Treasure Island the other day. My clients wanted to see condos or townhomes under $200,000 walking or biking distance to Treasure Island beach and shops, restaurants etc.
The Sun Ketch townhomes were really nice, a 3 to 4 car garage and above that around 900 square feet of living space on one level. Prices ranged from $145,000 to nearly $200,000. You can have pets and if I am not mistaken they can be up to 75 pounds. Hard to find a place that allows dogs this size.
We also saw the St. James condos on 107th Ave right at the little Treasure Island Bridge. I like the location even better but most of the units have no washer and dryer and you have to use the onsite utilities.
St. James has a beautiful pool area and great water views. The monthly maintenance fees are very low compared to everything else in Treasure Island. Prices right now are $200,000 and up for around 1000 square feet. The St. James does not allow pets.
After that we went to Paradise Island on Treasure Island and looked at the Paradise Towers.
Grounds, pool area and view are awesome but the unit was not updated at all and needed a new kitchen and bathrooms and and and.
Asking price was $175,000 for 1050 sf. and the maintenance fee was $430 per month. Pets are not allowed in Paradise Towers.
