By making an extra effort, a comfy, laid back, casually dressed female, can change into an attractive and sophisticated professional, who just happens to be a home stager.  Kristine Ginsberg

We also have the ability to STAGE our videos.  We just need to make the effort.

Here is a list of considerations for staging your video:

1.  Location: Select a background that is visually appealing and relevant to the topic.

2.  Lighting: Avoid darkness and shadows. Attempt to balance the lighting, as much as possible.

3.  Sound:  The audio portion of your video is just as important as your visual.

4.  Content:  Make it about them and for them.  Not about YOU.

5.  Value:  What makes it worth MY time, to watch YOUR video?

This completes my series on Video Tips For Real Estate Agents.  It was always intended to provide examples and give encouragment to others, that choose video as a way to enhance their marketing efforts. I am very proud of individuals that have taken the first step with video; they will encourage others to do the same.

Making videos doesn't get harder, it gets easier. Easy Button

It doesn't get boring, unless you allow it to become boring.  The power and value of your video will be based upon the quality of your images, the quality of your sound, the quality of your message and the manner in which you deliver it, to your audience.  Videos are enjoyed by everyone, if, videos are made the right way.

My OpinionAs I stated in the very beginning, "I am not a video expert", but, I have given you MY OpinionsHopefully, these tips have been useful and perhaps, have given you the confidence to begin working with video.  I will now rely upon those with real video expertise, to guide us to the next level.  There is always someone that we can learn from and I am happy to say, "I have learned a lot from YOU".

YOUR video examples allowed me to identify many of the good things that each video should contain.  I have also learned a lot from trial and error (which I have shared with you).  Most of what we need to know, can be found in the work of others.  I encourage everyone to watch and learn from the videos produced by others.  Learn from what is good and what is bad.  Always be yourself, and consider what the viewer wants to see and hear.  It is not about you, it is about them and for them.

I wish you luck as you continue to improve and I look forward to watching your videos in the future.

Best wishes always.
