Sue, ah the stealth web site. These are great for getting leads (and of course providing useful information to the consumer). I've got to build and promote one of these. Good work. I've seen them used in conjunction with direct mail into farmed areas as well. Very non-threatening, non-salesy!

I've been on a kick lately.. and I believe it... we're focused way too much on gimmicks like these lately. May as well go back to the "If I don't sell your house, I'll buy it."

When we all return to phone calls, sphere of influence, and just plain hard work, we'll be better off. Or, we can continue to think that www.ireallyneedlistingssoIhopeyourememberthisurlforfreehomevaluesandotheruselessinformation.com websites are the golden ticket. Sorry for the cinicism. I'm on a roll like I said.

Gary...thanks for posting. I agree that this sites are non-threatening which is why I created it. Unfortunately, I need to promote it more. One of those things to do for 2008.

As an FYI to you both, this site is a free Point 2 agent website. It took me very little time to build and costs me nothing but the domain name fee to have up and running. My main website, www.SeacoastHomesForYou.com is also a free Point 2 site that I had modified a bit.
