It's summer. Need a lifeguard?

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette 479-253-3796

Working in our industry means working everyday with people that are in the currents of change. In terms of experience some are Olympic quality swimmers, some are barely able to dog paddle. Some move as if they are falling without a parachute, some are highly trained skydivers by comparison. But they are in it and Realtors are leading the way through! Some buyers and sellers are timid and shy, some are bold and brash. We see it all. Realtors quickly recognize their stlye, and needs.

Every once in a while we meet a person who has big dreams or immediate needs of change yet they stand precariously on the edge of change, gripping with their toes while peering into the chance of a better future. They see the possibilities that lay ahead, but fear can be crippling. How will it all unfold? They know others that have taken the plunge and have a happy report. They are spending life feeling the pull toward better circumstances, but not moving ahead.

As Realtor I am highly trained and skilled at making sure you get to the other side of the change you need. Need to buy up or down in the market? Need to downsize? Need investment property? Need to buy or sell a small business? Let me be your real estate Lifeguard. I'm here to help.

Hi Charles, If I were buying or selling a home in your neck of the woods, I could think of no better person to be my lifeguard and realtor. Loved the analogy which is so spot on.

Hi Charles - What a wonderful analogy!  Who among us hasn't wished for a lifeguard at various points in our lives? I know I have. Gorgeous photo, too.

What a nice post, sir! And the picture drew me in (albeit I couldn't figure out what it had to do with a lifeguard, but it was still magnificent) :)  Nice analogy, nice writing, and nice signature (wink wink)

Charles another great post, I see I am late to the party so the only thing I can add is that the buyers you represent should consider themselves lucky. Have a great Fourth of July weekend.
