Lucky - From the homes I see in the background of the pictures this looks like a very nice neighborhood. And I have to admit I'm a sucker for the rock Wolff Run sign! This lot should be a quick sell, especially for that price.

Hello, Lucky! This lot looks like a winner--for only $58,500! Wow! The homes in the background are huge, I can see why they go for $500K. I hope you sell it quickly!

Edit...I didn't read the comment section, ha! Yes, I've had to wait four weeks just to get a rejection from the lender on a short sale. It doesn't make sense.
