Kristine ~ You're a night owl too I can see!  Great post.  The outdoors can certainly lift one's spirit.  Yesterday, I randomly left my office in the middle of the day, grabbed one of my mortgage broker friends next door, and said let's go for a walk.  We stopped for coffee along the way, shopped at a thrift store and both ended up coming back to the office with a few designer labels ;)  It was spontaneous and fun and my friend thanked me for kidnapping her on a crazy Monday ;)

KG--the ferns are my favorite, but the waterfeature is a very close 2nd, although the close-up of the orange bloom is spectacular....so many great ones to choose from. Now, what in the heck is Lenn's snake??  Anyone know for sure?

Come on.....cough up the secrets already. Oh, and can you come to MN and show me how to work my expensive camera I bought last fall so I can treat it like more than a point and shoot and take it off "auto" mode.  The first photo is sensational! Not that the others are bad or anything.

Lenn - that is one scary looking Rattler snake - I've come across many hiking in NJ and you once you hear them, you never forget the sound - very distinct and scary!
