My Last Post to Active Rain

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Eddie Brown ~ FM Realty a Long & Foster Company/ Raleigh NC

First I would like to thank all who have followed my posts here on Active Rain over the past year. I have decided to take my post private starting in July. Nothing against Active Rain ...because it has been a great format for agents across the country to unite and share ideas. It has been a challenging few years for many in real estate and I hope in some little way I have helped some of you to grow your business and/or your personal lives.

If you wish to continue to follow my coaching blog the direct link is: http://icu-coaching.blogspot.com/

If you wish to be added to the email distribution list, please send an email to ebrown@fmrealty.com and request to be added to the ICU-Coaching Blog List

Thanks again for your kind remarks over the past year and I wish you the best of everything in life and business!

And Remember: KEEP PROSPECTING, NETWORKING, AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS!

Hi Eddie,

Isn't Active Rain a win/win for you?  Or is it to time consuming to keep up with both?  Good luck to you.

Cindy: It is not as much the time as it is the funcunality for what I want to do...of late, Active Rain has been somewhat unrealiable and posting/formatting had become a real pain. For my purposes I felt a private site would serve me better. Again For what Active Rain is and does, is a good thing. Thanks

Lyn: Thanks and same to you

Eddie, this is just a thought, and I'm sure you've considered it?  But wouldn't it be better to post in Active Rain and have your outside  source in addition?  I can think of a great reason to keep AR, link both blogs together for higher ranking in search engines!  You could always outsource the work of loading your content to ActiveRain if you find it a hassle or unreliable?

Hi Eddie - Best Wishes to you, but I would reconsider dropping AR as it can be of great benefit.
