Saturday at Brookside Gardens & Lack of Faith
You Lack Faith in Yourself and Confidence in Your Abilities- Be honest with yourself - is there are part of you that is really doubting yourself and your ability to achieve the goal you have set out for yourself? Maybe you're having a case of the "Who Do I Think I Am to Do This" Syndrome. I do not believe that there is any dream too big for us but it can feel too big if we lack confidence in ourselves and our abilities. I always say "Belief in oneself and one's abilities is the foundation on which success builds." If we don't start with a foundation of belief, faith and confidence in ourselves, we won't be able to give our dream or goal a solid structure.
Recommendation: Work a program that targets building confidence and belief in yourself. There are some great home study courses, coaching programs and books out there for building self-confidence. This can also be a great target area for a master mind or support group. You can also work with a coach on this. And if the problem is not just a temporary lapse in confidence but a manifestation of a deeper underlying issue, consider working with a licensed therapist.
