Naoma: Thanks for the Birthday wish!  I really didn't want to share my secret with any lenders and you are also from Virginia, the only State that I just don't want to hear mentioned today.  You are a lender and you are from Virginia (UVA beat UConn in Football on Saturday, broke my heart) but since I am such a good person, I will share my secret only with you.  No other lenders!  I will email you today, I promise.

PS: I had a client come into my office Saturday at 6pm who didn't want to deal with Wachovia.  She said that she found me on the web and thinks I am very nice.  I got her 100% financing, full documentation loan and she is so happy.  Sorry, I just had to throw that in there because I am just so competitive and I just wanted to say that I stole a customer from one of your associates here in Connecticut.  Wink Wink!!!
