The average active price of $419,000 is down 13.1% from May 2010.  The Big Walnut schools average sale price of $189,000 is down 12.5% from last year.  The median sale price in Big Walnut schools in May was down 32.2% from May 2010.  

The average price per square foot in the area was down 11.1% from May 2010.  

Homes in the Big Walnut school district sold on average about 94% to list (average 6% less than the final list price.)
