On our recent vacation from Bristol Tn Va to Hilton Head SC we found thousands of Starfish washed up on the beach one morning and it got me to thinking.....

The way I look at it we are all stars in our own special way....and we all fall or get washed up from time to time. It's what we do after that counts!

Just as a Starfish has the ability to grow back one of its legs if it loses it, ....we can keep going and "grow" back the things WE lose if we just never ever give up!

Those are great photos of starfish and your text is very thought provoking too. Only once did I ever see a beach filled up with star fish like that and it was the day after Hurricane Bob. Those imprints stayed in my heart forever. I hope your memories of your trip did too.

I remember walking along the beach at Tybee Island picking up sand dollars many years ago.  I can't imagine that many star fish all in one location.  Your title is catching and one to make us think.  Have a great weekend.

Rob, that sure is a whole of Starfish that ended up on the beach. I have been to a lot of different beaches, in our own Country and in other Countries, and have never seen that many Starfish on any of those beaches at one time.
