Pre-Licensing Class

Just gearing up to teach another Pre-licensing class for the State of NH Real Estate licnese.  If anyone is interested please contact me at diane@caronsgre.com.  This is a 40 hour course accredited by the NH Commission to be used as requirement for license as a sales associate and will count as 40 of the 60 hours required for the Broker's license.  Candidates will also need to pass State and National Exams with a minimum score of 70%. The class location will be determined by the location of the attendees in the Coos County region near Lancaster, Northumberland or surrounding towns.
