Hi Cindy,
You know I really love the picture contest Idea, and is very very cool on a number of levels, congratulations on putting together a pfanntastic concept and great engaging tool for your blog and practice.
My gues for the contest that it is anew park, but that is all I got.
Cindy,
Late again. Yesterday was busy. Is it part of the Sundeleaf project?
Hi Doug, Aaah..looks like someone must have recently been here as well. Did you go to the Farmer's Market and the Art Festival? This is the new park next to the Lakeshore Inn.
Hi Peter and Linda, Thanks..I really enjoy doing it each week. I seem to be picture challenged this week. With the help of Bob I finally got the main one loaded, but now I can't seem to allign them..LOL. Oh well...will step back from it for a while then come back.
Hi John, actually..you're right on time for this one. I didn't put the picture up until around 5PM yesterday..and was volunteering at the local Farmer's Market in West Linn until late, so finally getting to the answer this morning. You are indeed correct..it is Sundeleaf Plaza.
Cindy,
I couldn't come by yesterday because we were closing on 1.6 mil property. Another REALTOR in my office and I were doing a joint venture of sorts on this foreclosed property and we sold it to a cash buyer from Australia. WooHoo! Its been quite a ride!
Cindy - looks like a great town to live in and I love the way you framed your photos - they look great! Have a great 4th!
Hi John..well that is a MOST EXCELLENT reason for not getting to look at the WIIW. Congrats! See, you got to have a wonderful closing AND still got in on the WIIW in time!
Hi Kristine, It is a great place to live! Thanks on the pics..I was having (well..their still not straightened) issues with them centering. I love picnik for framing out the pictures.
Cindy,
I would feel very comfortable and proud of a town like that! Your photos show that it's a great place to live and you did a great localism post. The Park has a lot to offer and I'm sure it's an exciting place to visit any time of the year.
I just love your creativity!
Hi Patricia, thanks! Have a wonderful 4th of July weekend!
Hi Cindy! Yes I did go to the Farmers Market and the Art Festival and had a great time. I have to say the park turned out very well. I like the before and after pics. I also want to give you props for framing the pictures; they look great.
The sun is out and it's Friday before the July 4th weekend.......Enjoy everyone and be safe!
