Affordable homes in Ashland

Today at 3 pm will be the ribbon cutting for ACLT. These are the 17and 18th affordable units built or bought by the non-profit. These two units are 3 bedroom units near schools and transit. Rents are about $200 a month under market rate ad two families will be moving in.

Built by a volunteer board with CDBG funds, this is a great example of community working together.
