PCS TO MARYLAND:
Top 5 Reasons Why A Military Spouse-Realtor Is The Perfect Choice For Your Next PCS
5. We are familiar with your new duty station -
It’s where we shop, play and live ourselves. We can tell you which day of the week the commissary is the busiest, how to get to the pet care center on the other end of the base, or if there even is one. We know where to feed the ducks, where to enroll your children for Child Youth Services and what the local Family Readiness Center/Fleet & Family Service Center has to offer.
4. We adapt quickly!
Naturally, we can’t claim to have lived in the area we service all our lives. But, if the military has taught us one thing than it is to always be prepared. We quickly adapt to new surroundings, purposely get lost in the community and we know how to make the dust settle quickly. Rest assured if we don’t know the answer to a question, we at least know where to find it.
3. We’ve been there, done that!
We know the drill … one State over, across the country or half-way around the world, we understand. We’ve experienced the roller-coaster of emotions that a PCS can entail, we have said goodbye more times than we can count, have packed up a whole house in a matter of days and gone through the culture shock upon arrival.
2. We speak your language!
PCS, TDY/TAD, TMO, LES, BAH, BAS, GS, TSP, DEERS, PCM, IA … are all part of our daily vocabulary, no need to fret over acronyms.
1. We are family!
[feel free to hum along to the tune of The Pointer Sister’s]
Regardless of the branch of service, we are all part of the same unique community. You are not just a client to us but a member of our extended family.
