Searching for a House in Melbourne, Florida...Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?

Today most people who want to buy a house will turn to the internet to begin their search.  While there are many websites you can use, it can be frustrating if the website is too complicated, if the information it provides is outdated, or if it requires the user to surrender personal information.

I often get phone calls from people wanting to see a listing that they found on one of the well known property search sites.  Very often those properties have been under contract for quite a while or actually closed months ago.

Instead, I suggest they search for property in Brevard County on my website because it is updated daily so there is no disappointment with finding a property that is no longer available.  My website is easy to use and you do not need to disclose personal information to have access to information.  A user can choose to register as a V.I.P member with their email address.  This way they can receive updates and listings for properties that match their search criteria, save their favorites, and receive my newsletter.

This week I heard the best feedback about my website.  My friend's daughter wants the family to buy their own house so she went on my website and said, "Hey Mom, look at all these houses for sale"!  My friend's daughter is going into the 5th grade this year.  She may be young, but she is smart!
