for Franklin, TN

Here are  latest housing market trends for Franklin, TN.   The average listing price is continuing it's upward trend since May, the number of overall single family listings has remained constant at just over 1000.


Average price per listing has climbed to over $600,000 but the average price of homes sold sales continue to trend under $300,000.  

Lower end homes have been selling the at almost a brisk pace in the Franklin area.  It was only a question of time when the mid- range and luxury homes began to pick up.  It is the general feeling that, at least for now, the mid range is moving again and in a positive way.

Mike - I'm telling people from other states that the sales prices in Franklin have been steadily climbing all year. I don't really see that changing any time soon.
