Bergen County New Jersey Real Estate Newsletter | July 2011
Hi everyone and Lisa says Hi!
July 2011 is here already?
Summer has officially begun with a blast of warm weather here in New Jersey.
The Fourth of July is in a few days bringing with it wonderful summertime weather here on the east coast.
Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for July 2011 has arrived as well!
The Real estate market is moving forward with many homes selling.
We have many buyers who are coming out and viewing homes, with many homes to choose from.
The Garden State is once again earning it's name as evidenced by all the flowers that have seemingly exploded recently.
These Gilardia below, look like exploding fireworks.
Customers have been connecting with us through the Internet and looking online it seems, very thoroughly.
We believe buyers are starting to realize that prices as well as interest rates are not going to be staying where they are forever.
It's an opportune time right now to buy the home of their dreams.
Business is great and we are excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low.
How long will this last?
No one knows of course, so First Time Home buyers have a wonderful opportunity right now to get a terrific rate on a mortgage.
Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
This Month's Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that we think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.
This month's issue includes topics such as:
"Summertime Selling Tips";
"Why Own My Home?";
"Quick Homeowner Updates";
"Green Living: Low-Impact Summer";
"Landscape Appeal Helps Sell Homes";
Plus a roundup of June real estate activity as well as much more advice and information.
