Wake County is GROWING both in population and infrastructure!  If you missed a few of our recent blogs you may have not heard that Raleigh-Cary is the Top Metro Area to see another JUMP in population this decade (2010 - 2020) with an anticipated 35.7% increase according to the Inman News. 

 

If you live in or are relocating to Wake County you have likely already heard about the new modern toll road, the Triangle Expressway (AKA Outer beltine or the #540).  If you'd like to read about it's progress check out our blog, the Triangle Expressway is on it's way.

Wow, that is impressive growth. Hopefully they are planning effectively for this growth now and in the future. So many areas don't anticipate. Sonds like the new highway is one of the important steps in their planning.

They are Jeff, we've been really impressed with the infrastructure that Wake has.  And you're right ~ the completion of the 540 outer beltline is going to be a huge burst to the south/south-east side of Wake county.
