18.83% Increase in new homes sold. 

9% Increase in dollar volume

$192,250 Median home sales price

$213,240 Median new home sales price 

Average days on market has declined from June 2006 to 63 days on the market

Katy and Sugar Land are number 1 and 4 respectively on the Houston Hotness Ranking

21% Increase in contracts written for both new and resale

8596 Total units sold YTD 2007  3.7% Increase over YTD 2006
