Great year for Bluegrass Equity Partners. We've increased our parameters to include several other products, most notably a loan product for professional athletes. This has been a super success and we foresee a very active remainder of the year with the NBA lockout.
We are also partnered with the top HUD lender in the nation. They are on pace to quadruple their volume from last year. If you have a HUD deal, send them to me. It does make a difference how they're presented and who they come from...so send your HUD deal to the best.
We're also stepping into the development arena with plans to expand this area of the company over the next 5 years. We're involved with a large project called Sound Point Resort in Eleuthera as well as several more throughout USA and Central America.
