Hey, I found a really good free website for anyone that is looking to do a rehab project, or have some work done on a house that they had purchased.  You put up the type of job that you need done and several contractors in your area bid against each other for the work.  Basically, it's like an "EBAY" for contractors /a handyman.  That really ensures that you get the best price.

Also, I like how you can leave feedback for the contractors and see what other's have written about them, similar to Ebay.  It's a lot better than going in blind!
